Yes! FEIMEC provides motorized scooters for people with mobility impairments. They will be available at the CAEX (Exhibitor Support Center) every day of the fair. 

To pick one up, you must present and leave an official photo ID as a deposit. 

In addition, we provide golf carts outside the pavilion to assist visitors with disabilities in accessing the event entrance.

If you concluded your registration and viewed the confirmation screen, relax. The confirmation message is automatically sent to the e-mail input during the registration process.  In case this does not occur, your data will still be saved in our database. 

After completing your registration, you can print the badgeat home or at the exhibition hall entrance with the electronic self-service totems. It is necessary to present an ID document (ex. passport) and your business card at the entrance to the exhibition hall.

Please note that Informa Markets does not issue invitation letters for visitors, as is customary in the trade fair and exhibition sector.
